Dept/ Agency: Economic & Housing Development Action: ( ) Ratifying (X) Authorizing ( ) Amending Type of Service: Grant Agreement Purpose: (i) Environmental remediation of property commonly known as 130 Fairmount Avenue, 124-28 Fairmount Avenue, and construction thereon of a portion of the scattered site development consisting of a total of 61 residential apartments affordable to households making 60% or less of Area Median Income, and (ii) construction of a no-kill animal shelter and associated shelter uses including, but not limited to, parking, on property commonly known as 4-16 South 13th Street, 610 Orange Street, 640 West Market Street, 1-5 South 13th Street, and 7-9 South 13th Street.
