A motion requesting the Honorable Dennis F. Carey, III, P.J.Cv., to issue a court order to protect the financial records and files of the Newark Watershed Conservation and Development Corporation (NWCDC) from tampering and unauthorized handling until such time that a Special Master is appointed to oversee the dissolution of the NWCDC.
