Discussion regarding the State Option for the City of Pittsburgh Pension.

Resolution authorizing the Citizen Police Review Board to enter into an Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with Atty. Robert J. Ridge, Partner of Clark Hill Thorp Reed, LLC, for professional services to assist in the legal representation of the Citizen Police Review Board. Said Agreement(s) or Contract(s) shall not exceed Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000).

Resolution granting unto Marco and Anthony Pompeo, dba Cassique Properties, L.P., 2201 Main Street, Pittsburgh PA 15215, their successor and assign, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a canopy over the right-of-way of Lovitt Way, for 930 Madison Avenue in the 23rd Ward, 1st Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Agreements or Contracts, with a Consultant or Consultants, or Vendor or Vendors, for the purpose of developing a Vacant Lot Toolkit at a cost not to exceed $65,000.00.
