A motion requesting that the Administration provide the Municipal Council with a report on the contract amount earned by Mr. Elnardo J. Webster, III, Esq., from the City of Newark and the Newark Watershed Conservation and Development corporation (NWCDC) for the period January 1, 2013 to the present.
