A motion requesting that the Business Administrator schedule and coordinate a meeting with the Members of the Municipal Council and all the appropriate department directors in order to discuss and formulate a plan to address the disorderly and unruly behavior of the patrons of social establishments, such as bars, and nightclubs, during the early morning hours.
