To authorize the City Treasurer to modify its contract for banking services with Huntington Merchant Services to add additional funding; to authorize the expenditure of $2,275,000.00; and to declare an emergency. ($2,275,000.00)

To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Department of the Inspector General, to execute those documents necessary to enter into a First Amendment to Office Lease by and between the City of Columbus and the Columbus Downtown Development Corporation; to authorize the transfer between projects within the General Permanent Improvement Fund 7748; to authorize the appropriation of funds within the General Permanent Improvement Fund 7748; to authorize the expenditure of $130,000.00, or so much as may be necessary, from the General Permanent Improvement Fund 7748; to amend the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; and to declare an emergency. Appointment of Dr. Nathan Harris, 871 East Long Street, Columbus, OH 43203, to serve on the Near East Area Commission, with a new term start date of January 1, 2025 and an expiration date of December 31, 2027 (resume attached).

To authorize and direct the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to enter into contract with Sumuri LLC for the purchase of four Intel Forensic Workstations and the necessary licensing and maintenance software services for the Division of Police Digital Forensic Unit; to waive the competitive bidding requirements under Chapter 329 of the Columbus City Codes; to authorize the expenditure of $59,732.50 from the Law Enforcement Contraband Seizure Fund; and to declare an emergency. To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a service contract with Benevate, Inc. in an amount up to $50,080.00 to provide for the continued use of Neighborly software, including support and training services; to waive the competitive bidding requirements of Columbus City Codes Chapter 329; and to authorize the transfer and expenditure of $50,080.00. To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to enter into contract with Custom Container Solutions LLC for the purchase of ten 30 Cubic Yard Roll-Off Dumpsters for the Department of Public Service; to authorize the transfer of appropriation of funds within the General Government Grants Fund; to authorize the expenditure of up to $65,640.00 from the General Government Grants and General Funds; to repay any unused grant funds at the end of the grant period; and to declare an emergency. ($65,640.00)

To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Facilities Management Division, to enter into a contract with The C.D. Whitfield Co. LLC for the Fire Station #22 Boiler Replacement Project; to authorize an amendment to the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer and expenditure up to $68,120.00 within the Construction Management Capital Improvement Fund; and to declare an emergency. To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to modify and increase an agreement with Kurtz Brothers Central Ohio, LLC for the design, construction and operation of the Organic Waste Recovery and Reuse System Project; to authorize the expenditure of $500,000.00 from the Sewer Operating Sanitary Fund. ($500,000.00)

To accept the application (AN24-005) of Abbasi Farms et al for the annexation of certain territory containing 132.47± acres in Brown Township. ($0.00)

To authorize the Board of Health to modify two existing contracts with LifeCare for the Ryan White Part A HIV Care Grant Program and the Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) grant programs, for the provision of services allowable under the grant for persons with HIV or AIDS in central Ohio for the period of March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025, to authorize the expenditure of $302,458.53 from the Health Department Grants Fund; and to declare an emergency. To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to establish a contract with BissNuss Inc. for the purchase of Wet Well Gate Actuator Cylinders for the Department of Public Utilities; to authorize the expenditure of up to $349,179.00 from the Sewerage and Drainage Operating Fund. To authorize a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $14,828,458.00 and any additional funds or grant awards to the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund for the operation of various grant programs administered by the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the Ohio Department of Aging, Franklin County Office on Aging, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, aging programs; and to declare an emergency.
