To authorize and direct the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to enter into contract with Sumuri LLC for the purchase of four Intel Forensic Workstations and the necessary licensing and maintenance software services for the Division of Police Digital Forensic Unit; to waive the competitive bidding requirements under Chapter 329 of the Columbus City Codes; to authorize the expenditure of $59,732.50 from the Law Enforcement Contraband Seizure Fund; and to declare an emergency.
