To authorize the Board of Health to enter into a service contract with Ralph's House O'Courture L.L.C. for family engagement and peer/parent mentoring services for the period of October 21, 2024 through September 30, 2025; to authorize the expenditure of $66,000.00 from the American Rescue Plan Act fund to pay the costs thereof; and to declare an emergency.
