To authorize a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $14,828,458.00 and any additional funds or grant awards to the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund for the operation of various grant programs administered by the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the Ohio Department of Aging, Franklin County Office on Aging, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, aging programs; and to declare an emergency.
