To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to modify and increase a professional engineering services contract with Wade Trim, Inc. for the Jackson Pike Waste Water Treatment Plant A-Plant Secondary Clarifier Electrical Upgrades & Miscellaneous Improvements project; to appropriate funds in the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund; to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for this project; and to authorize an expenditure of up to $1,741,676.74 from the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund to pay for the contract modification. To authorize and direct the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Education to enter into a contract with the Young Men's Christian Association of Central Ohio (YMCA) for the purposes of planning and coordinating an after school program for middle school youth, and providing direct services to Columbus youth; to authorize the transfer of $1,000,000.00 within the general fund; to authorize the expenditure of $1,000,000.00 from the general fund; and to declare an emergency. To authorize the expenditure of $101,084.00 from the Department of Technology, Information Services Capital Projects funds, Fund 5105; to authorize the correction of ACPO010511; and to declare an emergency. ($101,084.00)

To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Office of Construction Management, to enter into a professional architectural / engineering services agreement with IMEG Consultants Corp., for the CCTV Media Equipment- 111 N. Front project; and to authorize a transfer and expenditure up to $126,260.11 within the Construction Management Capital Improvement Fund. ($126,260.11)

To authorize the appropriation of $10,000.00 within the Job Growth subfund to the City Attorney in support of record sealing efforts for Columbus residents. ($10,000.00)

To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a grant agreement with the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce, in an amount up to $25,000.00, for the 100th Chamber of Commerce Clambake and Lobster Feast; to authorize the transfer and expenditure of up to $25,000.00 from the 2024 General Fund Operating Budget; and to allow for reimbursement of expenses prior to the creation of the purchase order beginning July 1, 2024; and to authorize the advancement of funds on a predetermined schedule.
