To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to modify and increase a professional engineering services contract with Wade Trim, Inc. for the Jackson Pike Waste Water Treatment Plant A-Plant Secondary Clarifier Electrical Upgrades & Miscellaneous Improvements project; to appropriate funds in the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund; to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for this project; and to authorize an expenditure of up to $1,741,676.74 from the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund to pay for the contract modification.
