To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Department of Technology, to associate all general budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate purchase agreements with AT&T for data, long distance and related services; and to authorize the expenditure of $579,450.00 from the Department of Technology, Information Services Operating Fund. (43201), to allow a medical office with reduced development standards in the AR-4, Apartment Residential District (Council Variance #CV24-086).

To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to renew a contract with Crown Welding and Fabricating LLC to provide for welding and fabricating services for the Department of Finance and Management, Fleet Management Division; to authorize the expenditure of $115,000.00 from the Fleet Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency. ($115,000.00)

To authorize and direct the Administrative and Presiding Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to enter into the second year of a four-year agreement with the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, a government agency; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $148,961.88 from the general fund for transport of persons taken into custody at the courthouse. ($148,961.88 )

To authorize the Director of Development to modify the not-for-profit service contract with Affordable Housing Trust for Columbus and Franklin County ("AHT") for the purpose of modifying the contract scope. ($0.00)

To authorize the expenditure of $24,068.64 from the Land Management Fund for the lease of office space at 845 Parsons Avenue from the Central Ohio Community Improvement Corporation; and to declare an emergency ($24,068.64).

To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreements for the purchase of materials, supplies and services for the Division of Water; and to authorize the expenditure of $2,673,000.00 from the Water Operating Fund. To authorize the Administrative and Presiding Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to enter into the fourth year of a contract with Behavioral Science Specialists, LLC, for the provision of competency evaluations and examinations of defendants; to authorize the expenditure of up to an amount not to exceed $250,000.00 from the general fund. ($250,000.00)
