To authorize and direct the Administrative and Presiding Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to enter into the second year of a four-year agreement with the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, a government agency; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $148,961.88 from the general fund for transport of persons taken into custody at the courthouse.
