To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a service agreement with Decker Construction Company for the 2022 Utility Cut Restoration Project; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of Chapter 329 of the Columbus City Codes; and to authorize the expenditure of $2,450,000.00 split between the Electricity, Water, and Sanitary Sewer Operating Funds.
