To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology, on behalf of the Department of Public Utilities, to enter into contract with Schneider Electric Smart Grid Solutions LLC for software licensing and ArcFM software maintenance and support in accordance with sole source provisions of Columbus City Code; and to authorize the expenditure of $52,956.39 from the Department of Technology, Information Services Operating Fund. To celebrate the month of May as "American Wetlands Month" and recognize the work of the Franklin County Soil and Water Conservation District

To authorize the Director of Public Service to accept grant funding provided through the Orphan Rail Crossing Program; to authorize the execution of grant and other requisite agreements with the Ohio Rail Development Commission and other entities providing for the acceptance and administration of said grant award on behalf of the City of Columbus Department of Public Service; to authorize the expenditure of any awarded funds and the refund of any unused funds. To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a contract with Timmons Group, Inc. for services for a GIS data model migration to the Utility Network Model; and to authorize the expenditure of $350,000.00 split among the Electricity, Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Stormwater Operating Funds. To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a design contract with GS-OH, Inc. for the Chittenden Ave Area Water Line Improvements project; to authorize an amendment to the 2023 Capital Improvement Budget; to appropriate funds within the Water - Fresh Water Market Rate Fund; to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for this project; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $360,021.21 from the Water - Fresh Water Market Rate Fund.
