To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to enter into a professional service contract with CTL Engineering, Inc. for the Roadway - Materials Testing and Inspection 2024 contract; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $500,000.00 from the Private Construction Inspection Fund and the Construction Inspection Fund to pay for the contract.
