To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to modify a subrecipient agreement with Greenwood 360 LLC to update the scope of service so as to reflect that the reimbursement will be based per application not per approved application as it states within the contract. This change will allow for the proper payment of services per application reviewed as the other language was restrictive and was not allowing reimbursement for the actual work being performed. All other aspects of this contract will still remain and there will be no additional funding needed to perform this modification, and to declare an emergency. ($0.00)

To authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to modify an existing contract with Designing Local, LTD to provide professional services associated with the Signage Program Update Project; to authorize the transfer of $190,000.00 within the Recreation and Parks Voted Bond Fund; to authorize the amendment of the 2024 Capital Improvements Budget; and to authorize the expenditure of $190,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Voted Bond Fund. ($190,000.00)

To Recognize October as Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month in the City of Columbus and Recognize the Work of Miles’ Mission

To grant a Variance from the provisions of Section 3332.06, R-rural area district requirements, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 6955 HARLEM RD. (43081), to allow reduced lot size for a single-unit dwelling in the R, Rural District (Council Variance #CV24-064).

To declare October 2024 as Breast Cancer Awareness Month in the City of Columbus, and to recognize the American Cancer Society for its advocacy and efforts to raise awareness and critical funds regarding breast cancer in Columbus and Central Ohio.

To amend the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the Street and Highway Non-Bond Fund; to appropriate funds within the Federal Transportation Grants Fund and the Street and Highway Non-Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into a professional services contract with Canvaas Consulting, LLC for the Vision Zero - Multilingual Outreach, Research and Education Project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $850,000.00 from the Street and Highway Non-Bond Fund and the Federal Transportation Grants Fund for the project; to repay any unused grant funds at the end of the grant period; and to declare an emergency. To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to establish a contract with Fyda Freightliner Columbus, Inc. for the purchase of a Compost Semi-tractor for the Department of Public Utilities; to amend the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation within the Sanitary Bond Fund; to authorize the expenditure of $176,546.00 from the Sanitary Bond Fund to pay for this purchase; and to declare an emergency. ($176,546.00)

To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.035, R-3, residential district; and 3332.05(A)(4), Area district lot width requirements, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 698 S. 22ND ST. (43205), to allow a two-unit dwelling with a reduced lot width in the R-3, Residential District (Council Variance #CV24-104).

To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.033, R-2, residential district; and 3312.49, Required parking, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 7257 BENNELL DR. (43068), to allow a Type A family child care home with reduced parking in the R-2, Residential District (Council Variance #CV24-055).

To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to execute any and all necessary agreements and deeds for conveyance of title of forty-two (42) parcels of real property held in the Land Reutilization Program to Habitat for Humanity, Mid-Ohio.

To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to establish a contract with Bobcat Enterprises, Inc. for the purchase and delivery of a compact track loader with attachments for the Department of Public Utilities; to authorize the expenditure of up to $131,975.81 from the Sewerage and Drainage Operating Fund. ($131,975.81)

To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to enter into contract with Ace Truck Body, Inc. for the purchase and installation of one (1) Welders Truck Body with Crane for the Division of Water; to authorize the expenditure of $93,675.00 from the Water Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency. ($93,675.00)

To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to establish a contract with Timken Gears and Services Inc. for the purchase and delivery of a replacement gearbox drive and associated parts for the Department of Public Utilities; to authorize the expenditure of up to $137,462.00 from the Sewerage and Drainage Operating Fund. ($137,462.00)

To repeal Ordinance No. 1919-2024 in its entirety due to an error in legislation language associated with sole source provisions of City Code Chapter 329 in a contract modification with Greenwood 360, LLC. ($0.00)

To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3356.03, C-4 permitted uses; and 3361.02, Permitted uses, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 1155 W. MOUND ST. (43223), to allow a truck driving school in the CPD, Commercial Planned Development District (Council Variance #CV24-068).
