To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to establish a contract with Bobcat Enterprises, Inc. for the purchase and delivery of a compact track loader with attachments for the Department of Public Utilities; to authorize the expenditure of up to $131,975.81 from the Sewerage and Drainage Operating Fund.
