To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.033, R-2, residential district; 3312.25, Maneuvering; 3312.27, Parking setback line; 3312.29, Parking space; 3312.49, Required parking; and 3332.28, Side yard obstruction, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 1763 S. CHAMPION AVE. (43207), to allow a Type A family child care home with reduced development standards in the R-2, Residential District (Council Variance #CV24-067).

To amend Chapters 1139, 1145, and 1147 of the Columbus City Codes to enact new sanitary sewer service rates for the year beginning January 1, 2025; to expand eligibility for low income and eligible senior customer discount programs; to update the naming convention of the Division of Sewerage and Drainage plants; to provide flexibility regarding sewer lateral slopes; to provide clarification regarding separate sewer connections; and to repeal the existing sections being amended.

To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a not-for-profit service contract with Smart Columbus, LLC for implementation of the Ride & Drive Program, to provide E-Mobility education and awareness experiences; to authorize the appropriation and transfer of $424,283.50 from the General Fund Income Tax Set Aside Subfund to the Sustainable Columbus Fund; to authorize the appropriation of $250,000.00 within the Sustainable Columbus Fund; to authorize the expenditure of $250,000.00 from the Sustainable Columbus Fund, and to declare an emergency. To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3332.38(H), Private garage; and 3332.38(G), Private garage, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 138 E. NORTH BROADWAY (43214), to allow habitable space above a detached garage with increased garage height in the R-3, Residential District (Council Variance #CV24-098).

To accept the application (AN24-006) of Adterra Development LLC for the annexation of certain territory containing 12.4± acres in Franklin Township.

To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to enter into a lease agreement with the Board of Commissioners for Franklin County for the County's temporary lease of office space within the Karnes Building; and to declare an emergency.

To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into contract with Ohio Machinery Co dba Ohio Cat for the Division of Sewerage and Drainage; to authorize the waiver of the competitive bidding requirements of the Columbus City Code; to authorize the expenditure of $69,000.00 from the Sanitary Sewer Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency. To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Facilities Management Division, to enter into contracts with Farber Corporation and 2K General Co. for the Municipal Court Renovations Project; to authorize an amendment to the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer and expenditure of $111,669.00 within the Construction Management Capital Improvement Fund; and to declare an emergency. To authorize the Finance and Management Director, on behalf of the Facilities Management Division, to modify a contract with Key Cleaning Connection, LLC, for custodial services at the Columbus Police Academy; to authorize the expenditure of $166,538.66 from the general fund; and to declare an emergency.
