To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology on behalf of the Department of Public Safety to enter into a sole source contract with Right Stuff Software Corporation for software maintenance and support services associated with the Division of Police's FMLA/Job Posting Precinct Manager software in accordance with the sole source provisions of the Columbus City Codes; to authorize the expenditure of $54,000.00 from the Department of Technology, Information Services Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
