To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3312.49, Required parking; 3332.05(A), Area district lot width requirements; 3332.15, R-4 area district requirements; and 3332.26(F), Minimum side yard permitted, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 846-848 SEYMOUR AVE. To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into contract with The Righter Co., Inc. for Specialty Maintenance Craft Services and to provide for payment of prevailing wage services to the Department of Public Service, Design and Construction Division; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,736,700.00 from the Electricity, Water, Sewerage Operating Fund. To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into an agreement with Bermex, Inc. to provide Water Meter Reading Services for the Division of Water; to authorize the expenditure of $2,200,000.00 from the Water Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency. ($2,200,000.00)

To authorize the Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to enter into a grant agreement for $25,000.00 with the Greater Columbus Sports Commission in support of the Black Girls RUN! National Meet-Up, hosted by the OhioHealth Capital City Half & Quarter Marathon, and to authorize the expenditure of $25,000.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency ($25,000.00).

To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a contract modification with Accenture LLP for the Construction Administration/Construction Inspection Services 2020-2022 contract; to authorize an amendment to the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation within the Sanitary Bond Fund; and to expend up to $90,000.00 from the Sanitary Bond Fund for the contract modification. To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into contract with SGI Matrix, LLC for security system parts, installation, maintenance, monitoring, repair, and support services; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of City Code; to authorize the expenditure of $34,450.50 split among the Electricity Operating Fund, Water Operating Fund, Sewerage System Operating Fund, and Stormwater Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency. To authorize the Director of the Office of Violence Prevention to enter into advance-pay grant agreements with 31 local registered 501c3 non-profit organizations in support of spring youth programming; and to declare an emergency. ($0.00) (Amended by ord. 0981-2025 passed on 4/21/2025 -LG)

To rezone 1501 GERRARD AVE. (43212), being 2.35± acres located at the southwest corner of Gerrard Avenue and Western Avenue, From: R-4, Residential District, To: AR-3, Apartment Residential District (Rezoning #Z24-069).

Appointment of Robert Williams, Senior Director of Residential Services, MORPC to serve on the Residential Housing Council, as a Mayoral appointee, with a new term expiration date of 3/1/2028 (resume attached).

To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a contract with Tom Synnott Associates, Inc. DBA tsaADVET for software licenses, support, and maintenance of the Falcon Enterprise, Falcon DMS software, the sole source provider of the software; and to authorize the expenditure of $49,125.00 split between the Electricity, Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Stormwater Operating Funds. ($49,125.00)

To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to execute those documents necessary to release public airport use restrictions on one parcel of real property at Bolton Field Airport; and to declare an emergency.

To grant a Variance from the provisions of Sections 3333.02, AR-12, ARLD and AR-1 apartment residential district use; 3370.05, Permitted uses; 3312.21(D)(1), Landscaping and screening; 3312.49, Required parking; and 3333.255, Perimeter yard, of the Columbus City Codes; for the property located at 5451 EDWARDS RUN RD. To authorize the City Treasurer to modify its contract for banking services with JP Morgan Chase Bank; to authorize the expenditure of $1,105,000.00 from various funds within the City; and to declare an emergency. ($1,105,000.00)
