DBA tsaADVET for software licenses, support, and maintenance of the Falcon Enterprise, Falcon DMS software, the sole source provider of the software; and to authorize the expenditure of $49,125.00 split between the Electricity, Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Stormwater Operating Funds.
