[Newark Landmarks and Historic Preservation Commission appointments. I am hereby appointing the following names for the Newark Landmarks and Historic Preservation Commission, effective immediately (July 12, 2024: Mr. Anthony Smith, has served in the Class C, category and is being moved to Class B, replacing Frederica Bey, whose term expired January 9, 2024. Mr. Smith will serve as the Chairperson and his ending term will remain the same, April 27, 2026. Ms. Jacqueline Coombs- Hollis, who currently serves as a Class A Member, will serve as the CoChairperson, and her ending term will remain the same, October 16, 2027. Ms. Kelley Forsyth, is being appointed as a Class C member, replacing the vacancy of Anthony Smith. Ms. Forsyth will serve a four year term ending on July 12, 2028. - Resume Attached. Mr. Nii Abladev Otu, is being appointed as a Class C member, filling the term of Susana Holguin-Veras, who resigned and his term will end on April 27, 2026. Resume Attached. Dr. Linda Caldwell Epps, served as Alternate #2. Dr. Caldwell Epps, is now being appointed as a regular member to Class C. She is replacing Mr. Richard Partyka, whose has resigned.
