A motion expressing the Municipal Council’s full support for the return of Ms. Dina Velez to her position as Abington Avenue Elementary School Principal.

A motion expressing the Municipal Council’s objections to the State Fiscal Monitor’s interference in the governance of the City of Newark by the constant unexplained requests of the State Fiscal Monitor for the Governing Body to defer action on the professional service contract for the Municipal Council’s External Auditor.
