NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWARK, NEW JERSEY: 1. That the part of the Pre-Meeting Conference of the Newark Municipal Council containing the discussion on such pending litigation and matters falling within the attorney-client privilege is closed to the members of the public under the provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:4-12(b)(7) and 2. That the minutes of these discussion items conducted in the closed session of the Pre-Meeting Conference held on September 16, 2014, commencing at 11:05 a.m. and ending at 11:30 a.m., shall be disclosed to the public upon application to the City Clerk after the need for confidentially in connection with this matter no longer exists. STATEMENT This resolution authorizes an executive session during a Pre-Meeting Conference held on September 16, 2014.
