Resolution 7R1-l adopted on February 5, 2025 authorized purchases under State Contract(s) T0106 Law Enforcement Firearms Equipment and Supplies Master Blanket #17-FLEET-00751, 17-FLEET-00763, 17-FLEET-00769 and 17-FLEET-00772 in an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($300,000.00) for the period from February 5, 2025 through May 13, 2025, inclusive of any extensions by the State. This Resolution (1) provides an additional funding source and (2) increases the not-to-exceed contract amount by Five Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($500,000.00). The total not-to-exceed contract amount after the increase will be Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($800,000.00). All other provisions of the Resolution shall remain the same.
