License Agreement for film production and related activities between the City of Newark and C-7 Production in connection with production of the motion picture The Trial of Chicago 7 Ordinance 6S&FB, adopted on November 8, 2001 establishes the procedures for the issuance of filming permits.

A motion requesting that the Department of Engineering and the Law Department investigate the construction permit issued for the property located at 43 Dumont Place and ascertain if its construction permit issued in 2004 is valid; furthermore, requesting that the Administration initiate an immediate review of the property to halt any further construction of the multifamily units currently being built on the property.
