Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a supplemental agreement or agreements with CDR Maguire, Inc., for Project Design Management Services and Reviews in connection with various City of Pittsburgh projects to add funding for the Preliminary Engineering and Final Design phases increasing the total not to exceed to Three Million Six Hundred Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Six Dollars and Sixty-Three Cents ($3,610,896.63), an increase of One Hundred Nineteen Thousand Nineteen Dollars and Four Cents ($119,019.04), reimbursable at either 100% or 95% depending on the specific project.

Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Construction Phase of the Sylvan Avenue Multimodal Path Project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Five Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand and Five Hundred and Eighty-Five Dollars ($1,532,585.00), an increase of Five Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Five Dollars ($532,585.00) from the previously executed agreement (#54358);

Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design of the Penn Ave Signal Improvements project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Nine Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand and Six Hundred and Sixty Dollars ($983,660.00), an increase of Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($230,000.00) from the previously executed agreement (54486); reimbursable at Eighty percent.

Resolution further amending Resolution No. 723 of 2022, effective December 27, 2022, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2023 Capital Budget, the 2023 Community Development Program, and the 2023 through 2028 Capital Improvement Program” so as to fund the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank at $200,000 and authorize a subsequent Agreement or Agreements.
