To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a construction contract with Danbert, Inc., for the Riverview Drive Area Water Line Improvements project; to authorize the appropriation and transfer of funds from the Water System Reserve Fund to the Water Supply Revolving Loan Account Fund; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of up to $4,258,217.43 from the Water Supply Revolving Loan Account Fund for the contract; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $2,000.00 from the Water Bond Fund to pay for construction administration and inspection expenses for the project. Resolution adopting Plan Revision to the City of Pittsburgh’s Official Sewage Facilities Plan for 5203 Columbo St, Pittsburgh, PA 15224, at no cost to the City.

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Office of Management and Budget to apply for grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED)’s Local Share Account Statewide to provide funding for the purchase of vehicles for the Pittsburgh Park Rangers. The grant proposal includes an ask of NINETY THOUSAND ($90,000) dollars for this stated purpose.

Resolution to authorize and direct the incurring of non-electoral debt through the issuance of a series of general obligation bonds of the city of Pittsburgh, in the maximum aggregate principal amount of sixty-two million four hundred ninety-five thousand and 00/100 dollars ($62,495,000.00).
