To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to pay utility relocation costs to various utilities for the Roadway Improvements - Hard Road Water Quality & Smoky Row Road Drainage Revisions project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $75,000.00 for utility relocations for this project from the Streets & Highways Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
