To authorize the Finance and Management Director, on behalf of the Fleet Management Division, to associate all general budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with and to establish purchase orders from previously established Universal Term Contracts (UTCs) for the purchase of vehicles for use citywide with Ricart Properties, Inc; to authorize the Finance and Management Director to associate all general budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with and to establish purchase orders from previously established Universal Term Contracts (UTCs) with ACE Truck Body Inc., for the purchase of associated up-fitting; to authorize the expenditure of $169,642.44 from the Fleet Management Capital Fund; and to declare an emergency.
