To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Facilities Management Division, to establish purchase orders for labor, material, supplies, and equipment related to the replacement of elevator power unit at the Fire Administration Building located at 3675 Parsons Ave., Columbus, OH 43207; to authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement with Fujitec America, Inc.; to authorize the transfer of $202,941.00 and expenditure of $40,480.00 from the Construction Management Capital Improvement Fund; to amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; and to declare an emergency.
