To authorize the Finance and Management Director to enter into a contract on behalf of the Facilities Management Division with Ohio Technical Services, Inc. for inspection, testing, removal, and/or remediation of hazardous materials from city facilities; to authorize the expenditure of $400,000.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
