To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to appropriate funds within the Street and Highway Improvement Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service to enter into a contract modification with DLZ Ohio, Inc. in connection with the Intersection - High Street at Obetz Road project; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $350,000.00 from the Street and Highway Improvement Fund to pay for the project.
