To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the Street and Highway Improvement Fund; to appropriate funds within the Street and Highway Improvement Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Woolpert Inc. for the Mobility - Trabue Road - Bolingbrook Drive to Tenagra Way project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $500,000.00 from the Street and Highway Improvement Fund to pay for the project; and to declare an emergency.
