To authorize and direct the City Attorney to settle the lawsuit known as Brooke Wilson v. City of Columbus, Case No. 2:22-cv-4427, pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio; to authorize the expenditure of the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($750,000.00) in settlement of the lawsuit; to authorize the transfer of $750,000.00 within the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
