This ordinance authorizes the Director of the Department of Technology to enter into a contract with Vaske Computer Inc. for Oracle Software Licenses, Maintenance and Support services; to authorize the expenditure of $1,048,972.65 from the Department of Technology, Information Services Operating fund and to declare an emergency.
