To authorize the Finance and Management Director on behalf of the Fleet Management Division to establish a purchase order with Jerry Pate Turf & Irrigation Inc. for one (1) electric utility cart; to authorize expenditure of $18,510.47 from the Fleet Management Capital Fund; and to declare an emergency.
