To authorize the Board of Health to accept funds from the Michigan Public Health Institute (MPHI) and any additional funds for the 2026 Leaders Transforming Public Health Systems Grant; to authorize the appropriation of funds from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund, to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the 2026 Leaders Transforming Public Health Systems Grant; and to declare an emergency.
