To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to renew an existing agreement with Metropolis Capital Holdings, LLC dba Metropolis Ohio, LLC for the Department of Public Utilities Headquarters Parking Services; and to authorize the expenditure of $580,000.00 split between the Electricity, Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Stormwater Operating Funds.
