To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a contract for Construction Administration and Inspection Services with Hatch Associates Consultants, Inc., for the Community Park/Maple Canyon Home Sewage Treatment System Elimination Project and for the General Water Reclamation Construction Projects; to amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation between projects within the Sanitary Bond Fund; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of up to $329,900.00 from the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund and an expenditure of up to $50,000.00 from the Sanitary Bond Fund for the contract; and to make the loan funded portion of this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for the project.
