To authorize the Executive Director of the Civil Service Commission on behalf of the Department of Public Safety, to enter into a service contract with OhioHealth Corporation dba OhioHealth Employer Services, LLC for the purchase of Police-Fire Surgeon Pre-Employment Physical and/or Cardiovascular Screening of Police and Fire Candidates, to waive the competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Codes; to authorize the expenditure of $207,200.00 from the General Fund, and to declare an emergency.
