Resolution approving the recommendation made by the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure that the concrete portion of Elwell Street from Mere Street to Pittsburgh City Limits be paved with asphalt in accordance with Section 417.06 of the Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances.
