Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Richard King Mellon Foundation for the purpose of receiving grant funds in an amount not to exceed SIX HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND ($630,000.00) dollars for the City’s United States of America’s 250th Anniversary celebration.
