Resolution appointing Jarah Doose as a Member of the Commission on Racial Equity. Ms. Doose will serve in a seat reserved for a representative of the office of the member of the United States House of Representatives whose district contains the largest proportion of the City as measured by population. Ms. Doose will represent United States Congressman Mike Doyle.
