Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Department of Public Works and the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, with Peoples Natural Gas Company to provide a Permanent Easement for additional and/or relocated natural gas pipelines and necessary accessories at the South Side Park as part of a joint City- People’s Natural Gas project to improve the South Side Park in the South Side neighborhood.
