Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Safety to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from the Pennsylvania Office of the State Fire Commissioner to purchase a custom built fire hydrant cut-a-way for the Fire Training Academy and further providing an agreement and expenditures not to exceed FOURTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE ($14,999.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
