Resolution further amending Resolution No. 675 of 2008, effective January 29, 2009, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2009 Capital Budget and the 2009 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2009 through 2013 Capital Improvement Program,” by removing unencumbered funds from projects pending closure pursuant to Chapter 218 of the City Code.
