Resolution providing for the sale of certain property, acquired by the City of Pittsburgh at tax sale, 2046 Ley Street, Pittsburgh, Pa 15212, Lot and Block Number 48-E-262 and thereafter authorizing the execution of a quitclaim deed conveying all of the City's right, title and interest in and to said property to Pridewell, LLC.
