Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh City Code at Title Five: Traffic, Article VII: Parking, Chapter 543: Parking Meters, Section 543.01; Parking Meter Zones and Rates, Subsection (b) and (c), by making Dynamic Hours Parking enforceable at any time as determined by the City Treasurer.
